William Wood studied architecture at Edinburgh College of Art and Heriot-Watt University in the 1970s. After graduation he escaped recession and pursued a different career. Nevertheless buildings and objects retain a fascination for him and are a recurring subject for painting in retirement.
Membership of the Society is open to all registered architects, past and present students of architecture and those who have worked in architecture, planning and landscape in Scotland. Annual membership is currently only £20, with a reduced rate of £10 for students.
